- 2 scoops of F1 Tropical Fruit
- 1 scoop of F3 Protein Powder
- 2 table spoon of Oats
- 4 cubes of papaya
- 4 cubes of honey dew
- 50ml of low fat milk
- 150ml of soya milk
- 150ml of juice
- 100ml of water
Your shake will only taste the sweetness from Tropical Fruit flavour...hmmmm...enjoy!
